Hi guys!!
Hope all of you had fun at Sentosa yesterday, because i really had =)
For all of your information,
We will be having project runway next Sat (27 Jun), 2pm at riverwalk.
Do be there to join us for all the fun.
This week when i was praying, God really reminded me of the reason of why i became a cell group leader.
My parents officially divorced when i was 13 in 2001, and i really went through a very rough patch at that time. But it was also at that time where i found God, and my life has never been the same again. I think i might go be a gang leader if not for the fact that i found Jesus =) Thank God for that!
Anyway, i was praying, and God reminded me of the times when i struggled and He helped me, of the times when i wanted to give up and He strengthened me. And i know that God wanted me to help other the same way He has helped me.
All of us have been blessed by God in one way or another since we came to know Him. But remember what we always learn? We are blessed to be a blessings to others! Let's really share the blessings that God has given to us to the people around us. And let's continue to share with them the unconditional love that God has for each and every single one of them.
We reach out to our friends and invite them to church not because we want to have many many people in the cg, but because, all our friends and family members need God in their lives, and we are here as a cell group to help them know God and to help them grow in God.

Just want to share some things with all of you =)

Hi guys, if those who have missed what I shared for yesterday's prayer meeting.
Here is what I have shared.
What is prayer?
1.Prayer is not self-centred
We should not just keep praying for our own breakthru'
But we should follow Jesus footsteps.
As after He resurrected into heaven, His ministry for eternity was
to intercede for others.
Which lead us to the 2nd point.
2. Prayer is for ministering to others.
How?
When we pray for others, we are serving them by praying for their needs.
Habakkuk 2:3
It says when God gives us a vision, it is for an appointed time.
Appointed time means God's timing.
And the sentence says It will not tarry in the verse speaks about the
Vision will HAPPEN!
But we have to wait for God.
Cause if God were to answer all our prayers every time we asked of Him,
immediately, the world will collide.
Cause people may pray for the stocks to go up and some to go down at the same time.
And if God were to answer all this at the same time.
Surely the stock markets will go hay-wire.
And in between the time when God gave us the vision and the vision to come to pass.
God is training us to be persistent and patient.
So let's us wait upon the Lord, stay broken unto Him and flow with Jesus.
Amen?
